Stirling Falls

|
The whole time we were there the South Island was suffering a drought. They
actually consider 7 consecutive days without rainfall a drought. A
tremendous amount of rain typically falls here. This particular waterfall
often is so much larger than seen here that its spray shoots straight over
the rock you see toward the bottom here - some 30 feet off the edge of the
cliff itself.
